Motor Vehicle Accidents

As defined in Wikipedia, “A traffic collision (motor vehicle collision, motor vehicle accident, car accident, or car crash) occurs when a road vehicle collides with another vehicle, pedestrian, animal, road debris, or other geographical or architectural obstacle. Traffic collisions can result in injury, property damage, and death.”

A number of factors contribute to the risk of a collision including; vehicle design, speed of operation, road design, and driver impairment. Worldwide motor vehicle collisions lead to significant death and disability as well as significant financial costs to both society and the individual.

The law enforcement community views accidents as something that one cannot prepare for and or foresee whereas a crash is an event regardless of fault or contributing factors.  For this reason, on this website, we will refer to what most individuals commonly call traffic accidents or traffic crashes.

Our qualified professionals can provide a causation analysis of the crash; determining human error, equipment failure, unsafe or improper equipment, roadway design, roadway maintenance and/or deliberate acts.
